About Mrs. Hunt

Hi, I'm Garri Hunt!  This is my fourth year at MQH, and I am so happy to be back.  I have lived in northern Kentucky my whole life, attended Notre Dame Academy, and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Elementary Education, specializing in language arts and writing.  I finished my Masters in instructional leadership at NKU in the summer of 2007.  I just got married at the end of September 2007, so this has been an exciting school year already!

Along with Mrs. Beringer, I am the Student Council moderator.  I also organize the fundraising efforts for the Heifer Project each year.  I couldn't do it without my awesome fourth graders, though!

I have one puppy named Satchel and another named Riley.  Satchel is a golden retriever/collie, and Riley is a yellow lab/golden retriever.  I have two younger brothers, Brent and Bryce.  I am a HUGE fan of UK basketball, and I enjoy watching all sports.

In my spare time, I love to shop, go out to eat and to movies, read, and spend time with my family and friends.
