The Board of Total Catholic Education (B.O.T.C.E.) is an advisory body of the Parish that supervises educational programs at Mary, Queen of Heaven Parish, subject to such regulations that proceed from the Diocesan Board of Education. The Board shall be responsible for the total Catholic education of the Parish and is responsible for developing policies towards this purpose that comply with the spirit and intent of the policies of the Diocesan Board of Education. There are seven elected members. Two or three members are elected each year for a three-year term. Meetings are quarterly.
